Please send updated STA Assembly Rep information to sta.admin@sasktel.net. All meetings will be held at Holy Cross High School in the Theatre unless otherwise specified. Schools are allotted STA Assembly Representatives based on the following policy:
Each school shall elect 1 Representative for every 15 teaching staff. These names must be forwarded to the STA office at least two weeks prior to the September Representative Assembly Meeting.
Substitute teachers shall elect up to 4 representatives to the STA Assembly.
If a Staff Representative is absent without a substitute attending in his/her place at the Representative Assembly Meeting, the responsibility vested in him/her may be considered withdrawn. The Executive may require his/her school to hold a by-election to fill the vacancy.
The term of office shall be for one year.
